So many things happening at once is invigorating and let’s be honest a little overwhelming too. From donations to writing the weekly menu I am learning more about myself and what our local community is looking for. Big shocker I need community too.
Going to doll group once a month, hearing stories from seasoned Makers, sharing tips and shortcuts paired with the conversations we are having at the Farmers Market with Maker friends, I think others are looking for something too.
This has sprouted great conversation between myself, my sister, Melissa, my husband, Steve, and let’s not forget Fairy Craft Godmother Danielle. The shape and loosely planned future of Makeropolis has gotten a lot more shape and vision.
We got a social media manager, can you believe that? My daughter is already doing a great job! If you aren't following already please do so, we are on Instagram, TikTok and Youtube just search Makeropolis.
We are looking at rehabbing a pop up tent trailer so that Makeropolis will be mobile. See inspo pic below.
We want to bring more Makers together, grow our community and learn from each other.
I also want to let you all know there will be no drops in July. We are having one set of our grandsons over, I Am taking the time to create for the month of July. I have mice on the mind and I'm going with it along with some other sewing adventures. What are you Makers working on?
